# What is eWebinar's integration with Vimeo and how does it work?

## Explains how to use your own Vimeo account to host the videos for your webinars, so that you may use videos that exceed eWebinar's file size limit of 2GB.

eWebinar has a video file size limit of 2GB for each webinar due to bandwidth and streaming costs, such that we can keep monthly subscriptions at the current level.

When you integrate with Vimeo, you can choose to keep your videos hosted in your Vimeo account instead of in eWebinar, so that you can create eWebinars from videos larger than 2GB.

**To set up the integration:**

1. [Log in to Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/) and go to the[My Apps page](https://developer.vimeo.com/apps).
2. Create a new app or open an existing app to authenticate with.
3. Click **Generate Access Token** in the left navigation.
4. Select **Authenticated (you)** under **Generate an access token.**
5. Under **Scopes**, check the following values: **Public (required)**, **Private**, and **Upload.**
6. Click **Generate.**
7. Copy the token from Vimeo, go to eWebinar and log in.
8. Go to the [Integrations page](https://app.ewebinar.com/home/profile/integrations) and click Vimeo.
9. Paste the **Access token** into the field provided under **Account credentials** (shown below).
10. Click **Connect.**

**To use the integration with Vimeo:**

1. When you create a new eWebinar and are prompted to upload a video (or when you go to replace the video of an existing webinar from the Interactions tab), choose **Use my own Vimeo** in the **Add video** modal window.
2. Select the video from your Vimeo account that you would like to add to your webinar and click **Continue**.

**NOTE:** If a video is missing from the list, go to Vimeo and make sure that the **Link** to the video is set to **Public** under **Privacy.**
